NTE Resolve Perks Event Guide: How to Get Shinku's Student of Terrasea Outfit

The Resolve Perks event is a special cosmetic tie-in event running concurrently with Shinku’s rate-up banner, “Before the Dawn,” in Neverness to Everness (NTE) Version 1.2.

This event offers players the chance to unlock exclusive, high-tier cosmetics for Shinku, including a unique glider, a vehicle livery, and her highly sought-after “Student of Terrasea” outfit.

Here is everything you need to know about how the Resolve Perks event works and how to claim these limited-time rewards.

Event Duration

• Start Date: July 8, 2026 (After Version 1.2 Update)
• End Date: July 29, 2026 at 05:59 (UTC+8)

Note: The Resolve Perks event ends at the exact same time as Shinku’s “Before the Dawn” banner. Once the banner leaves, these cosmetics will become unobtainable until a future rerun.

How to Get the Resolve Perks Rewards

The Resolve Perks event rewards are directly tied to your pulling activity on Shinku’s “Before the Dawn” Limited Board (the gacha banner).

There are two ways to obtain the cosmetics:

1. The Milestone Method (Guaranteed)

As you accumulate rolls on Shinku’s banner, you will hit specific milestones that guarantee the cosmetic rewards. You can claim these from the Resolve Perks event page.

2. The Board Drop Method (RNG)

While rolling on the “Before the Dawn” Limited Board, these three cosmetics are also placed as physical tiles on the board itself.

If you are incredibly lucky and your piece lands directly on the tile containing the cosmetic, you will unlock it immediately, regardless of your total roll count.

If you obtain a cosmetic via a lucky board drop, and later reach the milestone for that same cosmetic, you will receive a Warp Piece as compensation instead.

Are the Resolve Perks Bundles Worth It?

During the event, the in-game Mall will sell special Resolve Perks Bundles.

These bundles contain:

• Exclusive dice (used for pulling on the Before the Dawn banner)
• Unique Bond Gift items specifically for Shinku
• Fons

Verdict: If you are spending real money (Riftcrystals) and your primary goal is to pull Shinku or reach the 200-roll milestone for her outfit, these bundles are worth buying. They offer a slightly better conversion rate than buying Solid Dice directly with Riftcrystals, and the bonus Fons and Bond items are a nice extra.

Summary

The “Student of Terrasea” outfit requires a significant investment of 200 pulls (unless you get lucky on the board). If you are a free-to-play player, you should carefully weigh whether this cosmetic is worth draining your Annulith reserves, especially with Iroi’s banner arriving in Phase 2 on July 29.

However, if you are already planning to go all-in for Shinku and her Arc, the Resolve Perks event provides an excellent set of bonus rewards for your dedication!
