Baicang’s entire kit revolves around sustained Incantation damage. Basic Attacks, Power Words, Formless Words, and Judgment of Autumn all deal Incantation damage, generating stacks constantly. The 36% ATK bonus at full stacks amplifies every aspect of his damage profile.
Adler (B-Tier)
As a secondary Incantation user, Adler can utilize this set for a sub-DPS build. However, his primary role as a tank means Guardian’s Resolve or Kingdom’s Guard are usually preferred.
