PC Installation Guide

Step 1: Download the Launcher

1. Visit the official NTE website at nte.game
2. Click “Download for PC”
3. Run the installer (NTE_Setup.exe)
4. Choose your installation directory (SSD recommended for faster loading)

Step 2: Install the Game

1. Open the NTE Launcher
2. Click “Install” and select your preferred drive
3. Wait for the download to complete (~45 GB)
4. The launcher will automatically verify files after download

Step 3: First Launch

1. Click “Launch” in the NTE Launcher
2. Select your server region (cannot be changed later)
3. Create your account or log in
4. Complete the tutorial (~15 minutes)

PC Tips

• Install on SSD: Loading times are 3-5x faster compared to HDD
• Reserve extra space: Updates typically require 5-10 GB additional temporary space
• Launcher settings: Enable “Auto-update” to download patches automatically

Mobile Installation Guide

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

1. Open the App Store
2. Search for “Neverness to Everness”
3. Tap “Get” and authenticate with Face ID/Touch ID
4. Wait for download (~4 GB initial, ~8 GB additional in-game)
5. Open the app and select your server

Android (Google Play)

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Search for “Neverness to Everness”
3. Tap “Install”
4. Wait for download (~4 GB initial)
5. Open the app — additional resources will download in-game (~8 GB)

Android (APK / Third-Party Stores)

If Google Play is unavailable in your region:

1. Visit nte.game on your phone’s browser
2. Tap “Download APK”
3. Allow installation from unknown sources when prompted
4. Install the APK
5. Open and download remaining assets in-game

Mobile Storage Tips

• Keep at least 15 GB free after installation for updates
• Use internal storage, not SD card (much faster loading)
• Clear cache periodically: Settings → App → NTE → Clear Cache

PlayStation 5 Installation

1. Open the PlayStation Store on your PS5
2. Search for “Neverness to Everness”
3. Select “Download” (free-to-play, no PS Plus required)
4. Wait for installation (~50 GB)
5. Launch from your game library

PS5 Tips

• The game supports DualSense haptic feedback and adaptive triggers
• Rest Mode downloads: Enable network features in Rest Mode for background updates
• External SSD: You can install NTE on a compatible USB SSD to save internal storage

How to Link Accounts

1. Open Settings → Account → Link Account
2. Choose your platform (Google, Apple, PSN, Email)
3. Follow the authentication prompts
4. Your progress will sync across all linked platforms

Important: Annulith (premium currency) purchased on one platform cannot be used on another. However, items bought with Annulith are shared across platforms.

Server Selection Guide

Choose your server based on your physical location for the lowest ping:

Warning: Server selection is permanent. You cannot transfer characters between servers. Choose carefully.

Troubleshooting

”Insufficient Storage” Error

• Clear app cache and temporary files
• Uninstall unused apps
• Move photos/videos to cloud storage

”Network Error” During Download

• Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
• Try a different DNS (8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1)
• Use a VPN if the game isn’t officially available in your region

”Device Not Compatible” (Android)

• Ensure your device meets minimum requirements (Snapdragon 870+)
• Try downloading the APK directly from the official website
• Some devices may need a system update

PC Launcher Won’t Open

• Run as Administrator
• Disable antivirus temporarily (some flag the launcher)
• Reinstall Visual C++ Redistributable 2019+
• Check Windows Firewall isn’t blocking the launcher

Stuck at Loading Screen

• Clear game cache (Settings → Clear Cache in launcher)
• Verify game files
• Reinstall if the issue persists
