Major Events Breakdown
1. Fons Rush (Double Drops)
Duration: June 8 – June 15
Fons is the primary currency in NTE, and you’ll need millions of it to buy properties like the new Pegasus Residence (which costs 7.5M Fons).
During this event, spending City Stamina on Hethereau Hobbies will yield double Fons output.
- Cap: Up to 700 City Stamina can be used for double rewards.
- Tip: Avoid spending your stamina on Races > Challenge, as Fons earned there will not be doubled. Focus on activities that directly consume City Stamina for Fons.
2. Hunter’s Crucible
Duration: June 18 – July 8
This is a major combat event described as “Steel is forged in fire. Hunters are forged by worthier prey.” It’s expected to be a series of escalating combat challenges.
- Rewards: “Feast Champion” title, Annulith, Fons, Elite Hunter Guides, and Chaotic Dye.
- Preparation: Make sure your main DPS characters (like Lacrimosa or Zero) are fully ascended to tackle the higher difficulties.
3. Underground Circuit
Duration: June 3 – July 8
A major racing event taking advantage of NTE’s driving mechanics. Six racers compete with no rules.
- Mechanics: Participate in races to earn “Blacksteel Bolts”.
- Rewards: Spend bolts at the event shop for the “Polar Night Racer” title, Annulith, Fabricated Dice, Floe Cinema Tickets, and Fons.
4. What’s Baking (Bagel SNS Event)
Duration: June 3 – July 8
With the introduction of the new in-game social network “Bagel SNS”, this event encourages players to become creators.
- Mechanics: Post in-game screenshots and videos on Bagel. Engagement (views, likes, bookmarks) converts into “Praise Jam”.
- Rewards: Spend Praise Jam at the Bagel Shop for Annulith, Fabricated Dice, and Fons.
5. Sunward Travelogue
Duration: June 3 – July 8
An exploration event focused on the new Sunward Island area.
- Mechanics: Complete “Strange Tales” progress on Sunward Island.
- Rewards: Annulith, Elite Hunter Guides, Chaotic Dye, and Expansion Cores.
Version 1.1 “Circle Bounty” (Battle Pass)
The new Battle Pass for 1.1 runs from June 3 to July 7. Completing Circle Quests earns you Experience Points to raise your rank.
- Free Tier Rewards: Fabricated Dice, Gold Carrota, De-noise Solution, A Handwritten Letter, and Expansion Cores.
- Elite Tier (Paid): Adds Annulith x680, Solid Dice x4, Fabricated Dice x2, Arc-light Trove x1, and Fons x700,000.
- Honor Tier (Premium): Adds the “Twisty” avatar, “Corridor of No Return” profile frame, “Sketchbook Page” namecard, and an additional Fons x500,000.
Maximizing Your Rewards
- Log in daily for the first 7 days to claim 10 Solid Dice from the “Circle Gifts” event.
- Prioritize Fons Rush while it’s active (June 8-15). Do not let your City Stamina cap out.
- Pace yourself on the month-long events (Underground Circuit, Sunward Travelogue). You have until July 8 to clear out the shops.
- Prepare for June 18, when the combat-heavy Hunter’s Crucible begins.
With 9 events running, Version 1.1 offers a massive influx of Annulith and upgrade materials. Make sure to clear the event shops to help build your newly acquired characters like Lacrimosa!
