How to Get the Free S-Rank Selector

Version 1.2 includes a Summer Special Gift Pack that rewards every player with one free S-Class Standard Character Selection Box. This is a one-time gift available to all players during Version 1.2.

The Selection Box lets you choose any one S-Rank character from the Standard Banner roster. This is one of the most valuable free rewards in NTE’s history — a guaranteed S-Rank with no pulls required.

Who Should You Pick?

If You Have Shinku (1.2 Banner)

Pick Jiuyuan or Hathor.

Shinku’s best teams rely on the Remora → Blossom → Charge cycle. Jiuyuan provides Anima for Blossom and grouping utility; Hathor provides Lakshana for Remora and burst damage. If you’re missing either, pick the one you don’t have.

If You Have Iroi (1.2 Banner)

Pick Hathor or Jiuyuan (same reasoning as above — Iroi also fits into Blossom/Charge teams).

If You’re Missing a Healer

Pick Hathor or Edgar.

Both provide healing alongside damage. Hathor is better for Remora teams; Edgar is better for pure Cosmos teams.

If You Want a Universal Buffer

Pick Haniel.

Haniel’s ATK buffs are element-agnostic and work in virtually every team. If you’re missing a dedicated buffer, Haniel is the safest pick.

If You’re a New Player

Pick Mint or Jiuyuan.

Mint is a strong Cosmos DPS who works in many teams and is easy to build. Jiuyuan provides grouping (extremely useful for all content) plus Anima for reactions. Both are reliable long-term investments.

If You Already Have Everyone

Pick your lowest-resonance standard character to increase their resonance level and unlock additional passive bonuses.

What the Selection Box Does NOT Include

The Standard Character Selection Box only includes standard banner S-Rank characters. It does not include:

• Limited banner characters (Shinku, Iroi, Chaos, Lacrimosa, etc.)
• Esper Zero (obtained separately through the main story)
