City Stamina is one of the most time-consuming systems in NTE, and it’s the number one reason players consider quitting. The weekly 700-point requirement forces you through repetitive activities — Heist runs, deliveries, fishing, minigames — and doing all of it manually can take hours. This guide breaks down the fastest path through the weekly grind and how to make the most of limited-time efficiency boosts.
How City Stamina Works
Every week, you have a 700-point City Stamina cap to spend. Spending stamina earns you weekly rewards including Annulith, Fabricated Dice, and character upgrade materials. The stamina resets every Monday.
The key insight most players miss: you do not need to spend all 700 points every single week. The rewards scale with how much you spend, but the marginal value drops significantly after the first 400 points. If you’re time-limited, prioritize the first 400 points and treat the remaining 300 as optional.
Fastest Activities by Stamina-per-Minute
| Activity | Stamina Gained | Time Required | Efficiency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pink Paws Heist (full run) | ~120 pts | 8–10 min | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| Delivery Quests (high-pay routes) | ~60 pts | 5–7 min | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| Street Racing | ~40 pts | 3–4 min | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| Arcade Games | ~30 pts | 4–5 min | ⭐⭐⭐ |
| Fishing | ~20 pts | 10+ min | ⭐ |
| Riichi Mahjong / Little Sparrow | ~20 pts | 8–12 min | ⭐ |
Bottom line: Pink Paws Heist is the single most efficient stamina activity. Three full Heist runs gets you to roughly 360 points in under 30 minutes. Fishing and Mahjong are the worst time investments and should only be done if you enjoy them for their own sake.
The Stamina Recharge Event (July 13–20)
From July 13 to July 20, the Stamina Recharge event is active. During this window, City Stamina is consumed twice as fast — meaning every activity that normally costs 1 stamina now costs 2, but you clear your weekly quota in half the time.
This is the best week of the patch to grind. If you have a backlog of activities you’ve been putting off, do them during Stamina Recharge week. You’ll hit 700 points in roughly half the usual playtime.
Upcoming efficiency events:
- July 20–August 3: Gold Clash — Earn Fons twice as fast in Pink Paws Heist
- August 3–August 19: Fishing Frenzy — Fishing event with Annulith rewards
Optimal Weekly Routine (Under 45 Minutes)
For players with limited time, this routine clears the most valuable rewards without spending hours grinding:
Monday (reset day) — 20 minutes Run three Pink Paws Heist sessions back to back. This gets you to approximately 360 points and covers the first two reward tiers. Pick up any high-pay delivery quests on the way back.
Mid-week — 15 minutes Two more Heist runs plus one or two delivery quests. You should now be at 500–550 points, which covers the third reward tier.
Weekend — 10 minutes One final Heist run and any quick activities (street races, arcade) to push toward 700. If you’re at 600+ and time is short, the final 100 points can be skipped without missing critical rewards.
What to Skip
Fishing is the worst stamina-per-minute activity in the game. Unless you’re working toward the Fishing skill tree or enjoy it, skip it entirely for your weekly stamina grind. The Fishing Frenzy event (August 3–19) is the exception — that event adds Annulith rewards that make fishing worth doing temporarily.
Riichi Mahjong and Little Sparrow are similarly slow. These are best played when you want to relax, not when you’re trying to clear stamina efficiently.
Delivery quests with low payouts are a trap. Always check the reward before accepting — routes that pay under 3,000 Fons are not worth the time compared to Heist.
During Gold Clash (July 20–August 3)
The Gold Clash event doubles Fons earned in Pink Paws Heist. This is the best time to stock up on Fons for character upgrades and Nacupeda Pool investments. Run Heist as your primary activity during this window.
Apartment Upgrades and Passive Income
One underrated way to reduce stamina pressure: invest in apartment upgrades that generate passive Fons and materials. Higher-tier apartments produce resources while you’re offline, reducing how much active grinding you need to do each week. If you haven’t upgraded your living space yet, it’s worth prioritizing — the long-term return significantly reduces weekly grind pressure.
