To complete the Sea Bubbles tale, you must drown your character while specific bubbles are appearing around you in the water.

Follow these steps:

1. Find a deep body of water: Head to any ocean or deep river area in the city where your character is forced to swim rather than wade.
2. Start swimming: Jump into the water and begin swimming around.
3. Wait for the bubbles: Keep swimming until you notice strange bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the water around your character. This indicates the hidden event has triggered.
4. Let your stamina deplete: Once you see the bubbles, do not swim back to shore. Instead, stay in the water and let your swimming stamina bar completely deplete.
5. Drown: When your stamina reaches zero, your character will drown and respawn on the nearest shoreline.
