In-Game Method
- Open Neverness to Everness and press Escape to open the in-game phone menu
- Click the three dots (…) in the top-right corner next to your avatar portrait
- Select Redeem Code
- Enter the code exactly as shown — codes are case-sensitive
- Click Redeem and check your in-game mailbox for rewards
Web Redemption
You can also redeem codes without opening the game via the official redemption page. Log in with your account credentials and enter the code. Rewards will appear in your in-game mailbox within 5 minutes.

Why is my code not working? Codes are case-sensitive. Enter them exactly as shown, including capital letters. Also check that the code has not expired — some livestream codes expire within 24-48 hours of the stream.
Can I use codes on multiple accounts? Yes. Each code can be redeemed once per account. If you have multiple accounts, you can redeem the same code on each one separately.

Do codes expire? Yes. Livestream codes typically expire within 48 hours. General codes (like NTEGIFT, NTEFREE) have unknown expiry dates but may be removed without notice. Redeem all codes as soon as possible.
