Casting Ultimate instantly grants all 10 stacks regardless of combat state.
The total HP bonus at maximum stacks is 50% (10% + 40%), making this the highest single-source HP increase available. For characters whose abilities scale with Max HP (shields, heals, or HP-based damage), this set provides enormous value. The Ultimate instant-stack mechanic is particularly useful for burst windows where maximum HP is needed immediately.
However, the stacking requirement (taking hits) means this set performs poorly in content where the wearer avoids damage. Kingdom’s Guard provides more consistent value in scenarios where the tank isn’t actively being hit. Tiny Big Adventure excels specifically in content with constant incoming damage (multi-hit bosses, AoE-heavy encounters).
