Nanally Overview

Nanally is the premier Anima DPS in Neverness to Everness, dominating the meta with her follow-up attack playstyle. As a limited S-Rank character from the launch banner, she brings unmatched sustained damage through her Ichi-daime’s Authority mechanic and the Underboss summon.

Her strength lies in the sheer volume of hits she produces — each follow-up attack triggers Console effects, reaction damage, and team synergies, making her damage scale exponentially with proper team support.

Best Arcs for Nanally

Ready-Ready M1 (Best in Slot)

StatValue
Main StatCRIT Rate 24%
PassiveATK +15%, Basic Attack & Critical Riposte DMG +15% on Redirect/Ultimate
SpecialCommander Tiger Talisman — Boss DMG +10% for 10s

Ready-Ready provides everything Nanally wants: CRIT Rate to reach cap, ATK scaling, and a powerful Boss damage bonus that activates naturally through her rotation.

Fluff of Fortitude M1 (Alternative)

StatValue
Main StatATK 27.5%
PassiveDMG +22%, increased to 28% against enemies below 50% HP

A strong universal option that excels in longer fights where enemies spend significant time below half health. Slightly less effective against full-health targets compared to Ready-Ready.

Oraora! M5 (F2P Option)

StatValue
Main StatATK 37.5%
PassiveBasic Attack DMG +2% per hit, up to 10 stacks (10s each)

Available from the standard banner, Oraora! provides competitive damage for F2P players. The stacking mechanic aligns perfectly with Nanally’s rapid-hit playstyle, quickly reaching maximum stacks.

Console Setup

  • 2-piece (Epic): Anima DMG +10%
  • 4-piece (Legendary): CRIT DMG +8% per stack when nearby enemies take Anima DMG from the team, up to 7 stacks (10s duration, persists off-field)

This set was practically designed for Nanally. Her constant follow-up attacks maintain maximum stacks effortlessly, providing up to 56% bonus CRIT DMG at full stacks.

Module Stat Priority

Type IIIAnima DMG%CRIT DMG > ATK% > CRIT Rate

Remember: Nanally’s Console bonus grants 6% CRIT Rate per Type II Module equipped. Factor this into your CRIT Rate calculations to avoid overcapping.

Team Compositions

Premium Team: Nanally + Zero + Sakiri + Jiuyuan

The strongest Nanally team leverages Hex (Incantation + Anima) through Sakiri, Zero’s Esper Meter filling, and Jiuyuan’s healing and crowd control. Zero feeds Blossom constantly, while Sakiri’s Hex adds 20% to both Anima and Incantation damage.

Standard Team: Nanally + Zero + Hathor + Jiuyuan

Replaces Sakiri with Hathor for Remora and Charged reactions. Slightly less raw damage but more energy generation and Lakshana coverage for breaking specific enemy shields.

F2P Team: Nanally + Mint + Hathor + Haniel

Accessible team requiring no additional S-Rank characters. Mint covers field time during Nanally’s downtime, while Hathor and Haniel provide reactions and buffs through Stain.

Advanced Rotation Guide

Standard Rotation

  1. Skill → Activate Ichi-daime’s Authority
  2. Basic x3 → Build energy, generate follow-ups
  3. Ultimate → Summon Underboss (Authority must be active)
  4. Basic x4-5 → Maximize follow-up hits during Underboss
  5. Switch → Trigger reactions with teammates
  6. Switch back → Reactivate Skill when Authority expires

Burst Window (with Zero)

  1. Zero fills Esper Meter
  2. Switch to Nanally (triggers Blossom)
  3. Skill → Ultimate → Basic spam
  4. Esper Cycle when meter is full
  5. Continue Basic Attacks through Underboss duration

Tips for Maximum DPS

  • Never use Ultimate without Authority active
  • Track Authority timer — reactivate Skill with 2-3 seconds remaining
  • Perfect Dodge during Basic strings doesn’t interrupt combo count
  • Underboss attacks count as follow-up damage for all Awakening effects
  • In co-op, communicate burst windows for team buff alignment
