Overview

Skia is a shadow operative of ETD-4 within the Bureau of Anomaly Control. Her combat style revolves around stealth and ambush tactics — entering invisibility to set up guaranteed critical hits and devastating backstab attacks. She excels in single-target burst scenarios and has special synergy with fellow ETD-4 member Baicang.

Her defining trait is that stealth guarantees critical hits, which fundamentally changes her stat priority: CRIT DMG becomes the primary stat since CRIT Rate is handled by her kit.

Key Mechanics

Stealth System

Stealth is Skia’s core mechanic. Every burst window should begin with Vanishing Act to guarantee the opening hit crits. The Ultimate from stealth provides both a massive damage bonus and a debuff that benefits the entire team.

Backstab System

Backstab rewards precise positioning. Shadow Leap (hold Basic Attack) is the primary repositioning tool — use it before every burst sequence to ensure you are behind the target.

ETD-4 Synergy

This synergy allows Skia to contribute to Baicang’s Power Word generation while maintaining her stealth-based playstyle.

Street Boxer (4-piece) provides offensive bonuses that complement Skia’s burst DPS playstyle with stealth-guaranteed crits.

Alternative: Shadow Creed for general CRIT builds.

Stat Priority

CRIT DMG is the overwhelming priority because stealth guarantees crits. CRIT Rate is the lowest priority stat — only needed for non-stealth attacks during extended rotations.

Skill Priority

Ultimate > Skill > Basic Attack > Support Skill

Ultimate receives the highest priority due to the +50% stealth bonus making each level-up extremely impactful.

Best Teams

ETD-4 Team

Skia provides burst damage between Baicang’s domain windows. The ETD-4 synergy allows Skia’s stealth to generate Silence for Baicang’s Power Word system.

Remora Burst Team

Switching between Cosmos (Zero) and Lakshana (Skia/Jiuyuan/Hathor) triggers Remora. Skia’s backstab bonus applies to Remora damage, making her an excellent Remora carry.

Gameplay Tips

The standard burst rotation begins with Vanishing Act to enter stealth, followed by Shadow Leap (hold Basic Attack) to reposition behind the target. From this position, every attack benefits from both the stealth CRIT guarantee and the +30% backstab bonus.

For maximum single-target burst: Stealth → Shadow Leap behind → Ultimate (guaranteed CRIT + 50% bonus + backstab + Lakshana RES debuff) → Basic Attack chain from behind → Skill to re-enter stealth → repeat.

In ETD-4 teams, coordinate stealth timing with Baicang switches. Enter stealth, then have a teammate switch to Baicang to trigger the coordinate attack and generate Silence. This maintains Skia’s burst rhythm while supporting Baicang’s Power Word system.

Skia is excellent for single-target burst but weaker in AoE scenarios. In content with multiple enemies, prioritize the highest-threat target and rely on teammates for crowd control.
